45th Infantry Division

The 45th Infantry Division was a ground unit of the Global Defense Initiative. In the last days of the Second Tiberium War, it attacked Nod's HQ in Kenya, led by Battle Commander Ilona Grunwaldt. Officially, it was the force responsible for Kane's defeat, though in reality this took place in Cairo.
