The Attack cycle was a development of the Recon Bike which optimized it for the Second Tiberium War. Like its predecessor, it incorporated a missile launcher, but could only fire missiles two at a time. Also like its predecessor, it was extremely fast but had very little armour. Its turning rate was much faster than the previous Nod recon bike and its manoeuvrability was also much higher.
These changes made its primary usage more apparent - as a scouting unit, and as light firepower against hopefully even lighter enemy targets. Unfortunately, their lack of any armour meant that they were not highly effective in prolonged combat situations.
They were succeeded by modified Attack Bikes in the Third Tiberium War.
