Confessor Barzan was a Black Hand intelligence operative in the Australian theater of war during the Third Tiberium War. Excerpts from an interrogation report revealed that prior to death, a GDI prisoner-of-war divulged GDI's plans to move their nuclear weapons from the Broken Hill base in the Outback to Sydney. Barzan ended the report by saying that he expected more information to be forthcoming, presumably from other POWs.
