Bureau of Robotics is a Soviet company whose products appear in Red Alert 3.

BackgroundEdit

The Bureau of Robotics is not so much a company in the traditional sense, but a scientific branch within the Soviet Union that sought to develop advanced robotics for the military.

This division worked with the Kazminov Design Bureau in developing the terror drone. During the development of the war machine, a young member of the design team known as Konstantin Belousov hatched a revolutionary plan in increasing the weapon's destructive capability by interfacing a human mind with its military neural network. Belousov later volunteered for the procedure.

The project was a success but it drove Konstatin into a dementia whereupon he threatened members of the public with a cattle prod. Official statements attributed Belousov condition to stress which led to the mental breakdown. The Bureau of Robotics has also refused to comment on whether other Terror Drones have been interfaced with human minds.
