Once some Chinese Generals reach rank 3, the can get cash hack from the generals promo menu. Level one cash hack steals $1000. Level two steals $2000 and level three steals $4000. However, the power required line of sight to the enemy Supply Center or Stash to use this. This power could only produce as much cash as the target had to steal. The countdown timer for any level of cash hack is 4 min. 0 sec.
