General Chen was a Chinese General (Class AA), head of the China Red Army that was cut out from the final production of Generals. He was later recycled into the General Shin Fai in Zero Hour.

• He, however, appears in the famous Zero Hour mod, Command & Conquer General Zero Hour Reborn: Last Stand as the Chinese Rogue General.

• However, in the mod Rise of the Reds, Chen is scheduled to return as Chinese Red Army General.
