Appearing in the Aftermath expansion pack for Red Alert, the Chrono Tank is, essentially, a teleporting tank outfitted with homing missiles. It's chronoshifting abilities allow it to teleport anywhere on the map when it is fully charged, effectively making it the ultimate hit-and-run weapon.
However, to compensate, the tank has very weak armour, and is absolutely no match for even the basic heavy tank of the USSR.
The tanks appear in one single player mission in Aftermath, deployed against a Soviet nuclear missile facility to destroy it's radar dome and forward SAM defenses to allow Tanya Adams to be deployed and an MCV flown in to finish the destruction of the facility. Of course, they can be built in multiplayer/
