Hello everyone.
The French magazine Canard PC has released an exclusive six-page special on Command & Conquer (2013), which you can find here and roughly translated here. It's official - the APA is an abbreviation for the Asian-Pacific Alliance, as many have guessed.
That's all for now. Sheldonist

Generals 2 has been renamed to simply Command & Conquer after the official trailer has been released today at Gamescom. All the respective templates will be renamed accordingly soon. For now, however, see the trailer itself - http://forums.cncnz.com/topic/17117-new-command-conquer-trailer-at-gamescom/

Here's just a quick update: I've made all necessary categories and templates for Tiberium Alliances. This includes the GDI, Nod and Forgotten arsenal templates (some of them need proofreading) and the game icon (the tag is TA). Just remember NOT to set costs in the unitboxes, as I've already got an idea to sort the unit costs for all of their levels.
Cheers,
Sheldonist

Hey everyone! I'm Sheldonist and I'm the new secondary administrator here at EVA Database. In this blog, I'd like to recap the recent events in the C&C world.
First, as we all know, Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is the next major C&C game, scheduled for release in 2013. This was speculated in November already, as people skillful in searching the net found some information that would be confirmed a month later. Low-end computer users will unfortunately have to upgrade, as it will use the same Frostbite 2 engine as Battlefield 3. So far, only a few screenshots and a teaser trailer have been revealed at Spike TV Video Game Awards 2011. Two factions are known, the European Union and the GLA, while the third faction remains a mystery for now. DLCs have been announced, including factions, campaigns, units etc. The team at BioWare Victory has already been interviewed numerous times. You can see them all here.
Another C&C game that's in development is Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances, whic…

I've been datamining the Internets for the past few days and I return with UPDATES!
First, something that should've been done a while ago: the entire GDI Style Guide for Tiberium has been digitized and uploaded to the Wiki for your perusal.
Second, attendees of the Games Convention in Leipzig might recall him, here's Ralf Zillmann's Commander Simon Drake, a staple of the Tiberium Wars release party in Cologne and the two Games Conventions in Leipzig.
Last, and probably least, data mining uncovered a ten year old iteration of something called the C&C Bible, penned by John Scott Lewinski. While the bits of information relating to characters appearing in Tiberian Sun sound quite credible and can be assumed to come from design documents, the Scrin background provided is too incredible to be anything else than the writer's own creativity and shouldn't be taken as any kind of source material.
EDIT: Not last. In the last minutes, I've uncovered the Red Alert 1 cutscene cript for the Soviets. See…

As Kotaku reports, a new official C&C website has been briefly made available on the Internet, but taken offline soon after. According to the website, the new C&C title will be developed by Jon Van Caneghem's Victory Games. An interview on the website with Caneghem stated that:
Stay tuned for more news! And thanks to Ausir for his vigilance!

It's a slow time for Command & Conquer news, so I've done some digging on Tiberium. Here's the result:

Since we had a mandatory update to Oasis, the navigation of the site has been revamped. Please comment if you run into any problems you can't fix with a page edit or if pages are unreachable.
On a brighter note, the Wiki now contains over 50 images more, scrounged up from pages and portfolios of artists who worked on various aspects of Command & Conquer games (most of them are from Tiberium Wars, although a priceless beta harvester scan was kindly provided to the community by dauntless trooper Nyerguds).
New images are added daily, so this is not the end, far from it!
