	The following is based on Generals cut content and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

General Griffon was a planned general that was cut from final version of Generals. He was to have been implemented as the American Air Force General, alongside fellow (also cut) generals Bradley and Thorn. Griffon was however later recycled as General Malcolm Granger for the release version of Zero Hour.

• Griffon's appearance also may have been potentially depicted in unused cameo textures that can be found within the game files.
• As with the other two original generals, Griffon is one of the planned generals to be readded in non-canon modification Rise of the Reds, replacing Granger as the Air Force General.
