Cyborg production plant

CABAL's cyborg production plant was a facility where captured humans deemed proper for conversion into a cyborg were processed. CABAL herded civilians and soldiers into specifically designed holding cells, from which they were taken one at a time and through forced cyborgisation became slaves to his AI.

The facility was wiped off the map by GDI with help from a hacked cyborg codenamed Huey, along with the base that provided the necessary elements for it's functioning.
