Disruption pods

A new upgrade developed for Nod Vertigos, the Disruption pods are small stealth generators that can be dropped from the bombers. The pods created a small localized stealth field which can conceal multiple units as long as they stayed close to the disruption pod. It was a a cheaper alternative to the cloaking field support power though the effect would only be temporary. This upgrade is unavailable to the Black Hand, since they lack an air force, and have a distaste for stealth.
