Brother Eamonn is a member of Kane's Inner Circle. Being an extremely skilled technician, Kane made him a member of his group of advisors. Also, Eammonn served as Kane's personal assistant. He developed the technology to allow Kane to interrupt W3N newscasts, and broadcast their own signals.
