The Emissary is a wheeled vehicle belonging to the Brotherhood of Nod. It is completely unarmed, but is capable of setting up a forward outpost, allowing the Brotherhood to establish bases in distant locations or set up defences at key points. It has no weapons and must be protected due to its weak armour.
