A popular recreational drug developed in the 2020s. The medicine remedied and masked exhaustion and drowsiness, allowing the drug taker to stay active for days. However, due to severe side effects, it was quickly withdrawn and banned, due to health concerns. It was usually applied to the naked eye, to accelerate it's diffusion into the blood stream.

Alas, it was popular, that it was reintroduced as an illegal good, with one man quickly dominating the trade - General Vega, a Colombian druglord that became a Nod general. Vega himself frequently used the drug, eventually killing himself via overdose when Kane ordered a nuclear strike on his island due to his failure to stop Michael McNeil.
