Captain Stuving's subordinate, Gilligan worked his way in the naval ranks as he wanted to avoid fighting on land. His weapon of choice was a flamethrower. He was recruited by the
Brotherhood of Nod and eventually put under the command of Captain Stuving onboard a Nod freighter. As first mate, he had bodyguards. Most of them were
Chem Warriors.
He was killed by Captain Parker, along with his bodyguards.
