The High Explosive Bomb is an upgrade for the GLA Bomb Truck in Generals and it's expansion Zero Hour.

The player can click on the Bomb Truck and upgrade it with the bomb, the player can repeat this with any other Bomb Trucks that they wish to equip. It doubles the Explosive damage that the bomb truck causes so makes it twice as lethal. In the back of the truck a large bomb is placed. It can be used in conjunction with the Bio Bomb for an even better effect. Dr. Thrax cannot upgrade his Bomb Trucks with the High Explosive Bomb, but his trucks Bio Bomb is more lethal.
