Javier Vega was a GDI Major during the Second Tiberium War. He served with Michael McNeil. His heroic actions gained him lots of fame, despite the fact that he was the brother of prominent Nod General and South American Eye Candy warlord General Vega. His son Ricardo Vega followed in his heroic footsteps during the Third Tiberium War.
