Lia Suskind was GDI's former Inteligence Operations officer who defected to the Brotherhood of Nod at the onset of the Second Tiberium War. She compiled a declassified (though censored) GDI criminal dossier on the Brotherhood of Nod leader, Kane on March 27, 2030.
It is believed Suskind defected since she was so fascinated of Kane's mystique.
