Mobile radar

From Command and Conquer Wiki

An interesting piece of technology, the mobile radar was Nod's means of providing local Command & Control capability to commanders without access to permanent Nod military bases. It allowed coordination of military forces, provided radar imaging and ran on uranium slugs.
