Nadia was the chief of the NKVD (People's Commissariate of Intenal Affairs) of the Soviet Union and a personal advisor to Stalin. She was the Intelligence superior officer and assigned promising Soviet commanders missions requiring strategic skills and competence and allegedly had an affair with Joseph Stalin. She was responsible for removing Marshal Gradenko and later defending one of the best Soviet commanders from the firing squad, revealing that it was Georgi Kukov who failed to monitor a second Allied base that oversaw the Chronosphere prototype.

Sources indicate that Nadia was a member of the Brotherhood of Nod, and held a position within Kane's Inner Circle. Rumors circulate, that Nadia was shot to death by Kane shortly before the end of Great World War II.
