After seeing the effectivness of the GDI M113 APC in combat, Nod began to develop it's own armoured personnel carrier. At first it had a similar design to the M113, but finding wheeled vehicles were more effective at the hit and run tactics used by Nod, this developed into the design seen in the picture. This vehicle is very similar to police riot control vehicles.
Nod used their APCs to transport infantry around the battlefield at high speed, though they were sometimes used to transport captured civilians to camps.
