The unimplemented Nod unknown structure in Tiberium Alliances seems to have an appearance of a missile silo. Along with it looking like a Nod missile silo, some of the coding in the game suggested the possibility of an atom bomb. It's unknown what it's purpose would be, but it should be pretty obvious: to destroy enemy bases with a nuke.
