Nod submarine
From Command and Conquer Wiki
An advanced submarine that was just introduced into Nod's arsenal, this naval vessel was designed for stealth transportation of goods and soldiers from shoreline locations to offshore platforms and vessels. With two powerful propellers in the back, it could achieve great speeds for a submarine and was essentially immune to small arms fire.
It was incapable of long-distance travel.
One particular submarine was stolen by Captain Havoc after he successfully managed to infiltrate a Nod frieghter, rescue three prisoners, and escape safely with the vehicle.
The submarine was eventually replaced by more advanced designs after the First Tiberium War.
