Ox Attack Craft

It is possible to turn the V-35 Ox into an attack craft with the following steps:

1) Build a Power Plant, Refinery, Barracks, War Factory, Command Post, and Airfield.

2) Build any amount of APCs.

2) Build an amount of Rifleman squads or Missile squads proportional to the amount of APCs.

3) Order all troops to enter an APC.

4) Call for a V-35 Ox transport for all the APCs.

5) Order the V-35 Ox to "attack" a target.

However, Hammerheads are better for the "Sky Attack APC" role for a number of reasons:

• A good commander must keep in mind that Ox transports have virtually no armour and both the Ox and APC can be shot out of the sky easily. Hammerheads have a good amount of armour, for an aircraft, (which can be upgraded further if ZOCOM).

• The actual cost of this tactic is much higher than that of the equivalent amount of Hammerheads. One must build a Barracks, the infantry, a War factory and the APCs plus the Airfield and price of calling for the Ox transports. The flip side is just a barracks, infantry, airfield and Hammerheads.

• Hammerheads contain their own weaponry while Ox transports do not.
