Parabombs

Parabombs were a tactical weapon deployed by the USSR during Great World War II from Tupolev Tu-16 bombers. They were explosive devices strapped to miniature parachutes that were dropped over a given area and slowly descended down, detonating on contact with the surface. Although largely out of use by the 1990s, the weapons still saw some deployments.
