An energized Eiffel Tower used as a Tesla coil.
Enhanced electric bolts
Requires Tesla troopers to fire
|The following is based on the Soviet campaign for Red Alert 2 and some details might contradict canon.|
In an alternate Soviet timeline of the Great World War III, Paris was attacked by the forces of the unnamed Soviet Commander. It is during this attack that the Eiffel Tower was energized by a group of Tesla troopers, and was converted into a giant Tesla coil, leveling all remaining Allied forces in Paris.
In the Nod ending if the Ion Cannon destroys the Paris Tower, the whole tower bends down to the ground hitting as many people down below. A news report surfaced that some political leaders from the G7 were angry and denied any complicity in last Tuesday's Ion Cannon strike on the Paris Tower in Paris. The official death toll in which the tragedy was called an "unwarranted attack", passed seven hundred and fourteen more bodies have resurfaced from the rubble. The news presenter said that the Paris Tower was one of Paris' most famous landmarks.
The French President, Honore Prichard who is currently safe in London at the time of the attack irritated at the statement and called the incident as a "mind numbing attack" on GDI and its own policies for not protecting his own people despite the Ion Cannon attack that destroyed the Paris Tower. The GDI Supreme Commander admitted he had no idea about who broke the Ion Cannon's coding and made a huge blast on the tower which claimed one hundred more lives from the attack that bombed the White House.
Working like a giant Tesla Coil, when first energized, it will start firing off electrical bolts off at nearby enemy units, and also by the player's choice when selected. The energized Eiffel Tower is powerful enough to kill all units and level most buildings in a single hit.
It also appears in the multiplayer map called Paris Revisited (2-4), but it functions same as other landmarks and cannot be powered.
