One of the structures designed by the Psychic Corp for the Soviet Union was the Psychic Sensor. This device is the psychic hotline of Great World War III. It is able to predict and detect any enemy troop movements and attacks (including superweapon attacks) which occur within its sensor radius. This help Soviet commanders to plan base defense more effectively.

During the Psychic Dominator Disaster an upgraded version of the Psychic Sensor was used by Yuri forces as the Psychic Radar. Due to Yuri's betrayal the Soviets lost the use of the Psychic Sensor.
