General Vladimir was the Soviet Navy's leader during the Great World War III.
[edit] Personality
Vladimir was an angry man who had a sense of honor and thus if he was embarrased he would take it worse than a normal person. He was responsible for the naval assault on the coast of Florida, where he used his personal Dreadnought to battle the Allies and was nearly killed when he foolishly ordered his ship forward to charge the Allied navy alone, and it was easily damaged the surface of the Earth.

In the Soviet timeline of the War, Vladimir was manipulated by Yuri during the war. After Yuri killed Premier Romanov, Yuri blamed the assassination on Vladimir and ordered his capture. Vladimir rebelled and the Soviet forces that rebelled with him holed up in the White House until he was overran by Loyalist Soviet forces. When the Soviet Commander found Vladimir inside the White House, Yuri used his device to lobotomize Vladimir telepathically.
Time Travel erased him from the new timeline.
