War Factories are vehicle production factories.

Basically, a war factory consisted of a central open area where actual manufacturing of the unit would take place, a collection of robot welding arms, a smelter, and various other small processes related to the manufacturing of parts for the assembly of units. The robotic arms though had to be guided by human minds therefore factions using war factories employed engineers into them to make sure there was no fault in the vehicle

The Allies War Factory could produce:
- Rangers
- Artillery
- Light tanks
- Medium tanks
- Ore Trucks (required Ore Refinery)
- Anti-tank minelayers (required Service Depot)
- MCVs (required Service Depot)
- APCs (required Barracks)
- Mobile Gap Generators (required Technology Center)

The Soviet War Factory could produced:
- Heavy tanks.
- Ore Trucks (required Ore Refinery)
- Anti-Personnel Mine Layers (required Service Depot)
- MCVs (required Service Depot)
- V2 Rocket Launchers (required Radar dome)
- Radar jammers (required Radar dome)
- Mammoth Tanks (required Technology Center)
Capturing the opposing side's War Factory enabled any of them to produce whatever vehicles for either side were available with the player's current buildings.

The Allies and Soviets developed their own separate war factories, each with a distinctive difference, though both were capable of producing and launching airborne units.

- IFVs
- Nighthawks
- Chrono Miners (required Ore Refinery)
- MCVs (required Service Depot)
- Tank Destroyers (required Airforce Command Headquarter, Germany only)
- Robot Tanks (required Robot Control Center)
- Prism Tanks (required Battle Lab)
- Mirage Tanks (required Battle Lab)
- Battle Fortresses (required Battle Lab)

- Rhino Tanks

- War Miners (required Ore Refinery)

- Demolition Trucks (required Radar, Libya only)
- Kirov Airships (required Battle Lab)
- Apocalypse Tanks (required Battle Lab)
- Siege Choppers (required Battle Lab)

After his defection, it was discovered that Yuri had developed his own counterpart to the war factory. Yuri's war factory could manufacture:
- Slave Miners
- Lasher tanks
- Chaos Drones
- Gattling Tanks
- MCV (required Grinder)
- Magnetrons (required Psychic Radar)
- Masterminds (required Battle Lab)
- Floating Discs (required Battle Lab)

Only the Soviets still utilized the war factories, though the new Empire of the Rising Sun would use the Mecha Bay and the allies use the new Armor Facility.
