The Scramblegun weapon jammer, mostly called the Weapon Jammer is a weapon Hydrofoils can use to jam all the weapons of any type of vehicle it targets. This weapon can jam MiGs from firing their missiles, disable Tesla Coils, neutralize the cannons of Apocalypse Tanks, and even the mighty weapons of a Imperial Giga Fortress.

It's only weakness is that it can only target a single unit at any one time, and that long-ranged artillery can out-range it.
