The Sea Scorpion was a Soviet ship that was fast, cheap, somewhat frail, good against aircraft and, in numbers, good against Allied troops and buildings on the shore and Allied ships. They could decimate Allied Ospreys, Harriers, Hornets, Rocketeers and with time, even rogue Kirov Airships rapidly with their rapid-firing flak cannon. In numbers, they were a match against a destroyer. With their speed and superb vision range, they could also search the open waters in no time. However, they were relatively frail, so shore defenses or destroyers could pick them off in no time. Having no means to combat underwater threats also made them vulnerable to Boomers and Dolphins.
[edit] Red Alert 3
In the Real WW3, the Sea Scorpion was replaced (along with the Flak Track) by the amphibious Bullfrog which fulfilled the same role.
