Notes

A peculiar development of Soviet technology during Great World War II, the super tank was a weapon intended to dominate Allied Forces' armoured divisions and act as upgraded Mammoth Tanks. Equipped with prototypical nuclear reactors, extremely heavy armour and oversized tank guns, it was governed by a primitive program, a major flaw in their design. However, because they were controlled by computers, they could be considered the earliest form of military robotics. The Super tanks were able not only to destroy any other tank, even the Mammoth tank, in a one-on-one battle, but their armor was so great that Allied tanks were not able to even scratch them, let alone destroy them. The Super tanks would devastate anything with their cannons, buildings and structures (they also had a high range). Against infantry, they were armed with extremely heavy machineguns that were able to kill most infantry with one shot. Additionally, it seems that they also had some small Iron Curtains inside their armor, making the tanks invulnerable to any attack for a short period of time. If it wasn't for the fact that they were computers, the Soviet Union would have definitively won the war with them.

They were designed by Doctor Demitri, who was unable to prevent them from going berserk when he defected, resulting in the two prototypes rampaging through the proving grounds and the research facility, close to an Allied Outpost. Allied hackers infiltrated the facilities, and deactivated the tanks, shortly after they leveled a nearby Soviet Base.

After the war, any research concerning this tank was destroyed.

[edit] Behind the Scenes
