|Kingdom of Sweden|
| Unique units|
Sweden, officially the Kingdom of Sweden, is a country in northern Europe, even in the region of Scandinavia. Sweden borders Norway and Finland, and is connected to Denmark by a bridge-tunnel across the Øresund. GDI forces supported Sweden and its friend, Norway against Nod attacks (evenly the Second Tiberium War) and in the Red Alert Universe was that this country made the F-11X Apollo Fighter to replace the old Apollo in the Post-War Crisis to support the Allies during its occupation by the Soviets.
The country was part of the Global Defense Initiative, supporting its cause to abolish Nod and rid the Earth of Tiberium waste. GDI reinforcements came from Sweden to help Norway defeat Nod taskforces and its members, intending to capture its friend. This happened during the Second Tiberium War with a loss of Michael McNeil's son, Jake McNeil. By 2047 where the Third Tiberium War broke out, Sweden was in a Blue Zone supporting Norway and the United Kingdom across western and northern Europe.
Red Alert Universe
The Soviet Union captured Sweden during the Second World War, losing a few European Allied nations like Turkey to the ruthless Red Army throughout the continent. Allied forces recaptured the country before Stalin's ultimate price of death inside the Kremlin in Moscow. Like Spain and France during World War III, Sweden was captured by Cherdenko's land speed through Europe which forced all of the new Allied arsenal to trace back into FutureTech in Amsterdam and even, Denmark. Somehow, both countries survived this and after the Soviet HQ in Germany was destroyed by an Allied Commander and Lissette Hanley, Sweden was retaken after The Famous Liberation or maybe before Warren and the Commander's final mission, The Moon Shall Never Have Them in Leningrad.
The F-11X Apollo Fighter is made here through its company, Angstrom Defense and used most of the time by Giles Price, the former RAF pilot. The plane was used to protect Ackerman's limousine to get into Ackerman's Helicopter and also got shot down along with Britain's ultimate helicopter, the Cryocopter in Leningrad.
