Talk:Collateral damage
From Command and Conquer Wiki
It is splash damage due to it can hit multiple targets at once.
- The professional military term is "Collateral damage". Splash damage is a gaming term. Shaur M. S. Grizlin 22:40, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- I hope both terms are the same. By the way Command and Conquer is a game so you should have put it as splash damage.
- No, this Wiki is written in-character so professional terms apply. Shaur M. S. Grizlin 07:09, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Don't forget about the Flame Tanks in the First Generation had cause Splash damage as in hitting multiple targets. You also forgot that some defenses and units can hit multiple enemies which is called splash damage. Everyone knows Orca Gunships have Sonic Grenades for splash(Collateral) Damage and Sonic weapons can hit multiple enemies. Plus the Black Hand Squads one time attacked a Mammoth Tank by using their cloak-armor to cover for the rocket militants but they went to close causing splash damage. Everyone knows Flame Tanks still do splash damage. This page is created by me only because of units hit multiple targets at one time like Catalyst damages more than one target. Don't ignore me. During the times I got less responses from before.(Assaulthead 01:02, 8 October 2007 (UTC))
