The Technology Assembler is the Scrin equivalent of a tech center. It is an advanced Scrin structure that allows Scrin Foremen to access the deadliest weapons in the Scrin's considerable arsenal.
Once constructed, it gives Foremen access to the Devastator Warships, Signal Transmitters, Annihilator\Reaper Tripods, Storm Columns, Rift Generators, and with the conjunction of the Stasis Chamber, the Masterminds\Prodigies.
It also houses the generator for the Phase Shields, which can phase vehicles partly into another dimension for a period of time. While phased, the units cannot attack but are also much more difficult to destroy. Traveler-59's Technology Assembler also can create Temporal Wormholes, periodically slowing down time for all units within a designated area. Also it can access to the Planetary Assault Carrier.
In addition, it provides the Forcefield Generators and Shard Launchers upgrades. Reaper-17's also provided Blue Tiberium and Conversion Reserves upgrades. Traveler-59's lacks the Forcefield Generators upgrade, but compensates with the Traveler Engines upgrade.
