The Tiberium Waste Facility was similar to a Tiberium Refinery, except that it would process and store Tiberium veins harvested by Weed Eaters. This facility, together with some other buildings, made up the Chemical Missile Facility. When enough Tiberium veins had been harvested, the facility compressed all the toxic materials into a warhead which would then be delivered to the Missile Silo. This gave Nod commanders the ability to fire a Chemical missile at their enemies. It was not seen in the Third Tiberium War.
There is one notable thing about the Tiberium Waste Facility: it's capacity is emptied when the Chemical Missile is prepared; however, if a Chem Missile is already available when it fills, nothing will happen. As soon as the existing missile is fired, the facility's contents are immediately turned into another missile.
