Since I am still working on the Project-X series and uploading my Generals videos (I haven't forgotten this great game), I want to keep a running list of features for my mod projects. This is going to be a series of four blogs. The first is all 5 USA factions (1 main and four derivatives).

Note that the bosses will have multiple battle plans, but the player can choose only one of them per game. I learned from Shockwave that the bosses weren't always all-powerful in the series. I believe they used to be specialized, but they earned the right to command the "best of the best".

X-Force Army and Battle Plans:

Armor Plan: Assault-X (Offense).

Ballistics Plan: Fortress-X (Defense).

Speed Power Plan: Spec Ops-X (Support).

Power Plan: Omega-X (Elite).


Battle Plans and Weakness Chain: Power > Speed > Ballistics > Armor > Power.


Reasons:

Power > Speed because Speed units are weaker than Power units.

Speed > Ballistics because Speed units can avoid Ballistics units.

Ballistics > Armor because Armor units are the slowest.

Armor > Power because Armor units have the highest defense.

Project Hellstorm Upgrade

Project Hellstorm replaces all ballistic missiles used by Scud Silo, Comanche X, Scud Launcher X, Scud Storm X, Nuclear Missile X and Nuclear Bomb X with cluster missiles.

Each cluster missile releases nine smaller explosives before hitting its target, eight of the nine explosives fly away from original flight path to increase splash damage radius (called a "circle of death"), one explosive hits original target.
