The World Democratic Society was one of the organisations that the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, under Josef Stalin had been doing global ties to other countries that are loyal to the Red Army. The conference only situates inside and around the Soviet Union, not exactly dealing outsider affairs or the Allies in Europe kept saying the war's not getting more countries to a revolution for the communists.

During the Second World War, the Soviets conquested Europe by storm as of Ukraine saying to speed things up through to the English Channel. By the time of Stalin's death in 1953, the member nations surrendered peacefully without interventions from any of them. In the 1960s, Premier Alexander Romanov announced quietly to join a World Socialist Alliance in order to invade the United States of America. The World Democratic Society was changed to the WSA.
